Several flights have been cancelled at the island’s two major airports due to the winter storm impacting the United States.
PAC Kingston Airport Limited (PACKAL), operator of Norman Manley International Airport (NMIA) in Kingston advised that several JetBlue flights from today to Tuesday have been cancelled as a result of the winter storm in some sections of the US.
According to PACKAL, 8 JetBlue flights have been cancelled at the NMIA.
Passengers are urged to contact JetBlue for updates on flight schedules prior to going to the airport and for rebooking.
Meanwhile, operators of the Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay St James also cancelled or delayed flights due to the winter storm.
It noted that four flights are cancelled today, three tomorrow and two on Tuesday.
