A search is underway for 2 children who were reportedly washed away in a gully in Majesty Gardens St. Andrew.

A woman who was also washed away was rescued by residents.

The incident happened this afternoon, following heavy rainfall in sections of the Corporate Area.

Member of Parliament for St. Andrew South West Dr. Angela Brown Burke told IRIE FM News that details of the incident are sketchy at this time, but the police are assisting residents with the search for the children.
