Transport Minister Daryl Vaz says the rural school buses will be used to facilitate the movement of persons following the mandatory evacuation order.

In an update Daryl Vaz said the buses located in rural parishes were commissioned for use last evening.

Mr. Vaz states that in excess of 60 buses are positioned in all parishes.

He highlights the importance of persons moving quickly as there is limited time to complete the process.
