Jamaica Tallawahs captain Rovman Powell has lauded the competitive balance of the 2022 installment of the Caribbean Premier League.

The unbeaten Barbados royals lead the standings with maximum 8 points from 4 games.

However the remaining 5 teams are separated by just 3 points with the Tallawahs and defending champions St. Kitts and Nevis patriots tied on 4 followed by Trinbago Knight Riders 3, St. Lucia Kings 2 and Guyana Amazon Warriors 1.

Powell in assessing the CPL says performance on the day will be vital to securing victory with teams being so evenly balanced.
