It will be a repeat of last year’s final on May 19 in the Jamaica Premier League when defending champions mount pleasant come face to face with last season’s beaten finalist Cavalier.
This after both teams secured contrasting and exciting victories in their respective return leg semi-final at Sabina Park yesterday.

Campbell opened the scoring in the 41st minute to put the Theodore Whitmore coached team ahead, and later doubled the lead in minute 56 to complete his double in the contest.
However with mount pleasant down to ten men after losing defender Shaquille Dyer in the 64th minute for laying hands on Referee Odette Hamilton, Waterhouse pulled one back through the veteran talisman Kiethy Simpson in time added.

Meanwhile losing coach Marcell Gayle admitted that while his team played well they were just unfortunate on the day.
In the late kick off, Cavalier rushed past Arnett Gardens 3-1 to secure a place in the championship decider, thereby taking the tie 4-2 on aggregate.
Cavalier took the lead on 15 minutes, when Dwayne Atkinson fired the Rudolph Spied conditioned team in-front, in extended time in the first half after play was held up following a bottling throwing incident .
Chavany Willis then put the junglist on the scoresheet when he scored from the penalty spot just before the break.
On the resumption Jalmaro Calvin left it late before putting the game to bed in the 91st minute.
