Remittance inflows to Jamaica up marginally so far this year
Net remittance inflows to Jamaica increased by US $2.9 million for the financial year leading up to August 2024.
That’s an increase of 0.2% over the corresponding period in 2023.
Chair of the Economic Programme Oversight Committee (EPOC) Keith Duncan has attributed the growth to a rise in remittance inflows and a corresponding reduction in gross remittance outflows.
