Renowned multi-genre producer and music executive Bryan LaMontagne, known globally as BL Tha Hook Slaya, and his partner Patsy Moler, are commanding the music industry’s attention as their catalog achieves unprecedented valuation milestones. Fueled by high-value master ownership, elite Hollywood film synchronizations, and international chart dominance, LaMontagne’s independent catalog and label operations via Hook Slaya Music Group have soared to a verified future valuation well exceeding $10 million.
LaMontagne’s unique ability to seamlessly cross genres has established him as a premier weapon for both global charts and cinematic landscapes. Most recently, his hard-hitting track “Hit the Strip” alongside Brett Bull, achieved massive international exposure through its prominent feature in Sean Baker’s 2025 critically acclaimed, multi-Oscar-winning film “Anora”. A forthcoming remix of “Draco” , is on the horizon alongside Colombia’s Rising Dancehall superstar Lion Fiah whom BL says; “In my opinion, Lion is a comparable combination of a young Vybz Kartel and Bounty Killer mix, in the Latin dancehall space. What I love about Lion the most, is there is no faking who he is as an artist. Lion has been authentic to dancehall way before everyone else jumped on the wave. The only other people standing with Lion in the dancehall Latin space, were New York City’s own “Dynasty The King”, and rising St. Croix star “Kruziano”. Going back even further the real King of Latin Dancehall was BL’s childhood friend “Mr. Phillips”, who is known for many classics alongside Wisin Y Yandel, Luny Tunes, and Frankie J. When it wasn’t prominent doing dancehall in the Latin market, Lion, Mr. Phillips, Dynasty, and Kruziano were pushing it through with their true love and passion for real dancehall” .
It doesn’t end there, In fact to make things even more exciting, BL has teamed up with legendary hip-hop producer Vinny Idol for a remix of “This Is How We Roll” featuring the legendary hip-hop Icon Jadakiss. Vinny Idol and BL have teamed up on legendary classics before and this one is sure to be a classic for years to come. It’s also worth noting that Buju, was a featured artist of the Joe and Jada podcast in June of this year.
This all adds to a historical catalog that boasts the timeless worldwide Platinum selling dance club anthem “Touch Your Toes” with Armand Van Helden, Fat Joe and BL.
Looking forward, Hook Slaya Music Group is preparing to disrupt the industry yet again. Following the multi-million streaming success of “Dior Kicks” alongside dancehall superstar Tommy Lee Sparta and his son Skirdle, LaMontagne has officially confirmed that highly anticipated new collaborative tracks with Tommy Lee Sparta and Boss Lady Musik are locked in for imminent release both commercially and in Tommy Lee’s animated series.
