Reggae Boyz remain firm at 62 on FIFA Rankings

Jamaica will close out the year at 62 on the December release of the FIFA Coca Cola World Rankings.

The Reggae Boyz, by holding firm at last month’s position, remain the highest ranked Caribbean team and 6th overall in Concacaf behind the United States (16), Mexico (19), Canada (31), Panama (36) and Costa Rica (54).

Honduras (75), El Salvador (83) and Haiti (86) are the only other Concacaf teams inside the top 100 with Trinidad and Tobago sitting just outside at 102.

Reigning world champions Argentina will sign-off in the number one spot for a second straight year followed by beaten 2022 finalists France and European champions Spain.

The rest of the top 10 remains unchanged, England at no.4 and Brazil no.5 followed by Portugal, the Netherlands, Belgium, Italy and Germany.

Morocco at 14 are the highest placed African team on the FIFA Rankings while Angola, who played the most matches in 2024, were the biggest climbers, going up 32 spots to 85.
