Reggae Boyz drawn in Group C at 2025 Concacaf Gold Cup
Jamaica’s Reggae Boyz now know their path in the upcoming 2025 Concacaf Gold Cup following the official draw held on Thursday night. The two-time beaten finalists (2015 and 2017) have been placed in Group C, where they will face a challenging slate of opponents in their quest for regional glory.
The Reggae Boyz will take on Panama — last year’s runners-up — alongside Central American side Guatemala and Caribbean rivals Guadeloupe. It’s a group that promises intense match-ups and no shortage of regional flair, with all four teams eyeing a deep run in the tournament.
The draw has set up a highly competitive tournament across all groups. Group A features defending champions and nine-time winners Mexico, who will be joined by Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, and Suriname.
Group D, meanwhile, will see seven-time champions and regional powerhouse United States go up against Haiti, Trinidad and Tobago, and guest nation Saudi Arabia — a new addition sure to add intrigue to the competition.
Canada, Honduras, El Salvador, and Curaçao round out the field in Group B, setting the stage for one of the most wide-open editions of the tournament in recent memory.
The 18th edition of the CONCACAF Gold Cup will be held from June 14 to July 6, 2025, across 14 stadiums in the United States and Canada.
