Reggae Boyz climbs two places to number 53 on FIFA/Coca Cola World Rankings
Jamaica’s Reggae Boyz have moved up two places to number 53 on the latest release of the FIFA/Coca Cola World Rankings.
The move sees the Reggae Boyz holding firm as the number one team in the Caribbean and number 6 in Concacaf.
The United States continues to be the highest rank team in Concacaf in the number 11 spot, ahead of Mexico who slipped one place to 15, while Panama 43, Canada 48 and Costa Rica 52 round out the top 5 teams
Honduras 78, El Salvador 80, Haiti 86, Curacao 87 and Trinidad and Tobago 99 are the other Concacaf teams inside the top 100.
Meanwhile, the FIFA rankings continue to be led by reigning world champions Argentina ahead of former two-time winners France, followed by Belgium, while England moved one spot up to 4th and Brazil occupies the number 5 spot.
The rest of the top 10 is completed by Portugal, Netherlands, Spain, Croatia and Italy.
The next edition of the FIFA/Coca-Cola men’s world ranking will be published on July 17.
