President of the Private Sector Organisation of Jamaica, PSOJ Metry Seaga has described as gentle and responsible, the budget presented by Finance Minister Dr. Nigel Clarke. 

Mr. Seaga was speaking last evening at the Sagicor Investments Money Talks Forum, Budget Review and Investment Opportunities.

He said Dr. Clarke gave the budget careful thought.  

Mr. Seaga pointed out that as time progresses, the programmes implemented by the government will become more impactful.  

Meantime, he noted that the minimum wage increase brings into focus the question of productivity.
