Two people were shot and killed in Porus, Manchester, last evening.

The identities of the deceased have not yet been released.

Reports indicate that around 7:35 P.M., a gunman entered a bar in Porus and opened fire on the bartender and a male patron, killing them both.

Condemning the incident, Councillor for the Bellefield Division, Mario Mitchell urged the police to reassure residents and restore peace to Manchester.
