There was an accident along Hope Road in St. Andrew today as patrons participated in the Carnival Road March. 

Head of the St. Andrew Central Police Superintendent Mark Harris says he has not received reports of any serious injury at this time. 

He said reports indicate that a motor bike crashed into a Kia motor car as the road march took place. 

Superintendent Harris says, police officers remain on the ground to ensure that another incident does not take place. 

In the meantime, he says otherwise the March has been event free.
