The opposition People’s National Party(PNP), says it is ready for the General Election, due this year.

PNP General Secretary, Dr Dayton Campbell, said the 63 candidates are in place.

Last night, PNP President Mark Golding, presented Danishka Williams, as the party’s candidate for South West St Ann, at a meeting in Cave Valley.

Dr. Campbell urged the prime minister, to call the election now.

Meanwhile, Mr. Golding said the party has done the work, and is fine-tuning its machinery, as the PNP expects the election to be called at any time.
