Meantime, President of the People’s National Party Mark Golding has stated that while he is disappointed with the results of yesterday’s general election, he is proud of the platform the party put forward.

Golding said the PNP had presented to the people plans that would have improved their standard of living.

He noted that the PNP, having gained more seats in this election, has come a long way in becoming a competitive political force.
