PM Holness says technology must remain the servant of democracy, not its master

“Technology must remain the servant of democracy, not its master.”
That was the declaration from Prime Minister Dr. Andrew Holness as he addressed the 48th conference of the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association last evening.
Dr. Holness said the transformation that will come as a result of technology must preserve the dignity of the people.
He stated that parliamentarians cannot turn to artificial intelligence to make decisions for the Jamaican people.
