PM Holness says government is considering construction of a permanent venue for festivals and concerts in Western Jamaica

Prime Minister Andrew Holness says government is actively considering the construction of a permanent venue for festivals and concerts in the western end of the island.
He made the announcement yesterday, at the funeral of the late entrepreneur, Robert Russell, affectionately known as ‘Ducksie.’
Mr. Holness said the proposal for the venue was made by Mr. Russell.
Mr. Russell who was 75 years old, died on December 11 last year.
