“Mi no fraid a no-bady”, that’s the declaration by Prime Minister Dr Andrew Holness as he pledged to go to war against false and misleading information, especially as it relates to the government’s response to Hurricane Melissa.

Dr. Holness made the comments today at the official opening of the Little London Police Station in Westmoreland.

The government’s response to the category 5 storm has been criticised, with some claiming that a month after the hurricane, many affected residents are still waiting for help.

Dr. Holness hit back at critics, noting that he will fight back against lies.

The prime minister stressed that liars cannot be allowed to win.
