Prime Minister Andrew Holness has outlined a set of new initiatives to guide Jamaica’s pivot to inclusive economic growth, under the ‘Aspire Jamaica’ framework.

In issuing the economic policy statement last evening, Mr. Holness explained that the framework has 6 pillars for transforming Jamaica into a productive society.

He noted that Jamaica stands at the threshold of an extraordinary opportunity.

He said in just a decade, Jamaicans working together have taken the country from the brink of economic collapse to a shining global example of prudent macro-economic management.

He stated that its now time to turn towards building a Jamaica that generates robust transformative growth, which creates peace, opportunity and prosperity for all Jamaicans.

Mr. Holness said Jamaica’s best days are ahead.
