Prime Minister Andrew Holness is urging the nation’s churches to step up their role in advancing behavioural change in communities.

Speaking at this morning’s Religious Liberty Summit in St. Andrew, the Prime Minister said there has been a noticeable increase in anti-social behaviour across the country.

He said the church has a moral duty to assist in engendering behaviour that is pro-social, promoting the continued freedom, development, and prosperity of society.

He also appealed for the church to assist in upholding values of discipline, peace and care.
