The Opposition People’s National Party has extended well-wishes to Finance Minister Dr. Nigel Clarke on his appointment to the International Monetary Fund (IMF).

Dr. Clarke is set to be the IMF’s Deputy Managing Director starting October 31.

Speaking with IRIE FM News, Spokesperson on Finance, Julian Robinson said Dr. Clarke’s appointment is significant but numerous matters will be outstanding at the Ministry when he leaves.
