Opposition says if it forms next Gov’t it will implement new policies, initiatives to assist persons with disabilities
The People’s National Party has again sought to assure that if it forms the next Government, it will implement new policies and initiatives to assist persons with disabilities.
These would include the establishment of the National Disability Fund and housing.
PNP President Mark Golding noted that the Party has plans for a raft of measures aimed at improving the quality of life for disabled persons.
He was speaking last evening during the PNP’s Disability Seminar with a focus on housing.
Mr. Golding noted that the next PNP administration will ensure that more Jamaicans including the disabled can access affordable homes.
He added that disabled persons will get assistance with remodeling existing homes.
