Opposition disappointed with update on the nation’s cultural economy
Opposition spokesperson on Culture, Dr. Deborah Hickling-Gordon has expressed disappointment with the recent update on the nation’s cultural economy, provided by Culture Minister Olivia Grange.
Dr. Hickling-Gordon noted that during the minister’s sectoral debate presentation on Tuesday, there was a significant absence of a comprehensive framework for advancing the country’s cultural economy.
She emphasized that the minister’s presentation failed to address basic requirements essential for the modern development of the cultural economy.
