One of the passengers who has been hospitalised following a crash in Salem, St. Ann yesterday (July 24), is in critical condition.

The woman is among several persons who were seriously injured, in the crash which claimed the lives of two people.

Chief Executive Officer of the St. Ann’s Bay Regional Hospital, Dennis Morgan, said doctors are monitoring the patient to decide if she should be transferred to another health facility for treatment.

In the meantime, he is appealing to citizens to donate blood.
