One of the 3 persons injured in a motor vehicle crash in Runaway Bay St. Ann this morning is being transferred to another hospital in Kingston.

This as the crash victim is said to be in critical condition.

The other 2 remain at the St. Ann’s Bay hospital, in serious but stable condition.

The collision occurred in the vicinity of the Bahia Principe hotel, at about 8:16 am.

The cause of the crash is not yet clear.

It involved a blue tour bus and a white pro-box motor car. 

This morning’s crash is the fourth since the start of this week.

On Wednesday, the crash along the North Coast Highway, near Pearly Beach, claimed the lives of three people.

There were also two other crashes in Fern Gully, one of which resulted in the death of a woman and a child among several other persons were injured.
