Minister of Sport the honorable Olivia ‘Babsy’ Grange will be the keynote speaker at the inaugural St Catherine /SDF empowering women in football one day Conference, set for tomorrow at Cecil’s Restaurant in Spanish Town. 

The conference will seek to engage young women to become leaders, football administrators, referees, coaches, and parish presidents among other positions in football. 

The panel includes executive Director of Special Olympics Caribbean Lorna Bell, opposition spokes-person on local government and sports Natalie Neita- Garvey, Reggae Girls Manager Crystal Walters and former reggae girl and FIFA Ambassador Tashana Vincent. 

A brain child of the St Catherine Football Association, the conference is by invitation only and begins at 11 am.
