Bavuma missed the game after experiencing hamstring discomfort during his 144 runs century in the second ODI last weekend.

Bavuma was initially dropped from the T/20 team to concentrate on the test matches , with the selectors giving the nod to less experienced players, however given his recent form in the 50 over format the door is now open for the 32 year old former T/20 Captain. 

The T/20 series against the west indies starts with two games at Supersport park in centurion on Saturday and Sunday, with the series wrapping up at the Wanderers next Tuesday.
