The National Works Agency (NWA) says the Bog Walk Gorge in St. Catherine will remain closed until the Jamaican Public Service completes technical repair works in the area.

NWA’s Communications Manager, Stephen Shaw gave the update this morning.

The Gorge, along with several roadways across the island have been impassable following the passage of Hurricane Beryl.

Mr. Shaw also noted that the teams from the NWA have been working non-stop to remove the blockades, and to return the nation’s thoroughfares to normalcy.
