Nick Richards to stage one-day basketball youth camp in Jamaica

Chicago Bulls centre Nick Richards is heading to Jamaica this Saturday to stage a one-day basketball youth camp at the Jamaica College courts.

Richards, a graduate of the Old Hope Road-based Jamaica College, will spearhead the camp, which will cater to the first 100 JC players to register.

The fundamentals of basketball, including shooting, catching and rebounding drills, will be conducted during the session, which starts at 1 p.m.

Endorsed by the Jamaica Basketball Association, the camp will also cater to a few students from the community of Majesty Gardens in Kingston.
