NHT working to resolve issues with accessing online services
The National Housing Trust (NHT) says it is working to resolve the issue that has resulted in challenges for contributors accessing its online services.
The NHT says some contributors may experience difficulty accessing services on its mobile app and the NHT online platform.
The agency explains that this is impacting the delivery of services such as making applications for contributions refund and eligibility letters.
The NHT says applications for contributions refund can still be made via its website at www.nht.gov.jm.
These applications are being accepted and are being processed smoothly.
The agency anticipates that the issue will be resolved in the shortest possible time.
The NHT began accepting applications yesterday for the refund of contributions paid up to 2017.
