NCB reports improved service at its ABMs and reduction in fraud cases
The National Commercial Bank (NCB) is reporting improved service at its automated banking machine (ABM) network and a reduction in fraud cases for the first quarter of this year.
Chief Executive Officer of the NCB Financial Group, Robert Almeida made the disclosure at the bank’s investor briefing for quarter 2.
He noted that the ABM network achieved over 90 per cent availability in all areas.
