National Security Minister Dr Horace Chang has called on police officers to be bold in their efforts to bridge the gap between tradition and transformation in the force.

He was addressing the JCF’s Annual Awards ceremony for medal of honor for long service and good conduct at the Police Officers Club in Kingston.

Dr. Chang noted that in this digital technology age, members of the force, especially the young ones who are more social media inclined, should not be shy in making suggestions for improving the force.

He said the government continues to support the JCF, through provision of resources, including technological upgrades.
