A man was shot and killed in Porus, Manchester last evening.

Relatives identified the deceased as 29-year-old Christopher Manning, also known as ‘Bulbie.’

According to police reports, around 8:00 P.M., Manning was at the entrance of a meat shop on the Porus main road when he was attacked by gunmen.

He was hit multiple times and was pronounced dead at the hospital.

Manning’s sister expressed her confusion over the incident, noting that the last time she spoke to her brother, he was in a jubilant mood.

She said she is hoping that her brother was not involved in a feud.

This latest incident brings the total number of people killed in Manchester to 42 since the beginning of the year.

On Friday, two people were killed and five others wounded after gunmen opened fire at the Mandeville Market.
