He is 24-year-old Towayne Gunnings, otherwise called ‘Tuffy’ of Grange and Rock Spring, Green Island, in the parish.
Gunnings has been charged with the murder of 21-year-old C-Jay Hall of Green River, Salt Spring in Hanover.
He has also been charged with shooting with intent, possession of a prohibited weapon, using a firearm to commit a felony, and unauthorized possession of ammunition.
Reports are that at about 12:30 PM on Tuesday, October 24, 2023, residents heard explosions and summoned the police.
