Motorists travelling from Falmouth, Trelawny to Discovery Bay, St. Ann to exercise caution due to oil spill along section of the roadway
Motorists travelling from Falmouth in Trelawny to Discovery Bay in St. Ann are urged to drive with caution as there is an oil spill impacting the road between Coopers Pen and Queens Highway.
In a release on X, formerly Twitter this morning, the National Works Agency said it is working with the fire department to have the area cleaned.
In the meantime, Head of the Trelawny Police, Superintendent Winston Milton said police personnel are on the ground to assist motorists.
He urged extreme caution while traversing the thoroughfare.
