According to the latest police data, 940 murders were recorded up to Saturday October 26, compared to the 918 homicides recorded up to Sunday October 20.

This represents an increase of 22.

Meantime, incidents of rape, robberies and break-ins also increased last week.

Rapes went up from 284 to 293.

Robberies also increased from 505 to 514.

While break ins went up from 710 to 730.
