MOCA assures anonymity of people who give information on allegedly corrupted entities

The Major Organised Crime and Anti-Corruption Agency (MOCA) has sought to assure Jamaicans that the identities of persons who decide to provide information about allegedly corrupt entities will remain anonymous.

The assurance comes, as the Agency’s Director of Communications, Major Basil Jarrett, encourages people to utilize the MOCA tipline to report alleged corruption.

Speaking with IRIE FM news, Major Jarrett acknowledged that several Jamaicans refrain from sharing useful information out of fear.

He noted, however, that MOCA’s relationship with Crime Stop has never been compromised.

Major Jarrett noted that persons who wish to share information to the MOCA team, should call, 888-MOCA-TIP.
