Jamaica saw significant earnings in the mining sector this year.

That’s according to portfolio minister Floyd Green who said revenue generated from mining exports increased significantly.

He said limestone and alumina were some of the key products exported in 2023.

And Mr. Green said several issues affecting the sector will be addressed next year.
