Mayor of St. Ann’s Bay Michael Belnavis is back on the job.

Mayor Belnavis was out of office for about two weeks, after he was attacked and wounded at a dwelling in St Mary last month.

He had been receiving treatment at hospital.

Speaking to Irie Fm News this morning, Mr Belnavis said he has not recovered fully, but has been back on the job since Monday.

The mayor gave his account of what occurred during the altercation.
