Dancehall artiste Masicka has stirred major excitement in the Dancehall community after releasing back to back diss tracks aimed at Vybz Kartel and Tommy Lee Sparta.

Kartel appeared unfazed and posted a video with Sidem captioned “helping my baby setting up for Christmas hard work.”

While Kartel focused on holiday preparations, Masicka intensified the lyrical clash, with many fans comparing his momentum to pepper lights during Christmas.

Industry players and Dancehall fans have given Masicka the lead in the lyrical battle following the release of System and Death Row.

Dancehall legend Bounty Killer also showed support for Masicka. In a post and delete under Masicka’s System post, Bounty commented, “Mi like weh me like and me nuh like weh mi nuh like.”

Social media users remain divided. Some believe Kartel does not need to respond, others think he should defend himself, and a few have suggested that the Gaza camp is under pressure.
