The Manchester police are appealing for the public’s assistance in locating a man who was seen in a video, making threats to abduct women and children in Mandeville.

In the TikTok video which has now gone viral on social media, the man threatened to carry out the abductions today (September 5) as schools reopen.

Head of the Manchester Police Superintendent, Shane McCalla is urging anyone with information on the man’s whereabouts to contact the police.

Meantime, Manchester parents are on high alert, following the viral video.

One parent, Ivel Blake said she is concerned about the safety of her children and grandchildren.

She said, parents have to be assertive in keeping children and themselves safe.

Meanwhile, Cassandra Green, who shared similar concerns, noted that focus must also be placed on protecting male children.
