A man was fatally shot by the police during an alleged confrontation at a party in Aenon Town, Clarendon this morning.

He is 41-year-old Andre Ingram otherwise called ‘Jazz’ a resident of Aenon Town.

Speaking with Irie Fm news this morning, Deputy Superintendent of Police Luhas Daniels said Ingram reportedly fired at the police who returned fire hitting him.

DSP Daniels urged citizens not to challenge the police.
