A man died as a result of injuries he sustained in a two-vehicle crash on the Winston Jones Highway in Manchester on Sunday morning.

His identity has not been released.

Firefighters were called to the scene at 3:25 am.

Reports are that the crash involved a Toyota Camry motor car and a Toyota Hiace minibus.

Its reported that firefighters had to remove the driver of the Camry as he was pinned in the vehicle.

He was taken to hospital and pronounced dead while the driver of the Hiace minibus was admitted in stable condition.
