Lamara Distin signs her first professional contract with Puma
Commonwealth Games high jump champion Lamara Distin has signed her first professional contract with sports goods giant Puma.
The three time national champion will be heading to her first olympic games in paris next week.
The former Vere Technical and Hydel athlete finished fifth at the World Athletics championships in Budapest last year,
The Texas A&M University graduate, became the first female jamaican athlete to clear 2.00 metres indoors doing so at the Southeastern Conference Indoor Championships in North Carolina, on February 24 this year.
