Kishane Thompson & Shericka Jackson among marquee athletes showcased in Netflix docu-series ‘Sprint’
Double world 200m champion Shericka Jackson and Olympic 100m silver medalist Kishane Thompson will both feature in a Season Two of the sports docu-series produced by American streaming platform Netflix.
The series titled ‘Sprint’ takes an exclusive behind the scenes look at top athletes and delves deep into the psyche of elite competitors training to be the fastest person on the planet.
Season Two is scheduled to premier on November 13 and will showcase the athletes in the lead up to and at the 2024 Paris Olympics.
Other marquee names to be featured includes Noah Lyles and Julien Alfred – the Olympic men’s and women’s 100m champions – Letsile Tebogo and Gabby Thomas, who were the men’s and women’s 200 metre gold medal winners.
The list of athletes to be showcased includes the likes of Oblique Seville, Fred Kerley, Kenny Bednarek, Melissa Jefferson, Marcel Jacobs and Twanisha Terry.
Season One, which also featured Jackson and Lyles, premiered in July, ahead of the Paris Olympics which took place between July 26 to August 11.
