Khago defends voicing dubplate for JLP

Some social media users are calling dancehall artiste Khago a two-timer, after he voiced a dubplate for the Jamaica Labour Party, mere months after performing on stage at a People’s National Party meeting in Bellefield, Manchester.

In his defence, Khago took to social media to set the record straight, writing “I’m a musician, I’m not a politician, I sing for both sides I can’t make my money slide.”

The dubplate created from Khago’s popular song 2-Time on the controversial rhythm of the same name, clearly endorses his support for Prime Minister Andrew Holness and the Jamaica Labour Party.
