Guyana all-rounder Kevin Sinclair has been called up to replace the injured Yannic Cariah in the West Indies squad at the ongoing World Cup qualifier in Zimbabwe.

Sinclair’s recall follows an impressive season for the Guyana Harpy Eagles and also for the West Indies ‘A’ team during its tour of Bangladesh.

Cariah, meanwhile, underwent a successful surgery to repair a fracture in his nose, after he was struck in the face during training on June 24 on the eve of the team’s opening game at the World Cup qualifiers.

The Windies will be back in action on Saturday when they face Scotland .
