Kemahl ‘Hitman’ Russell & Joshua ‘HellRazor’ Frazer to feature on six-fight card event
Jamaican boxers Kemahl ‘The Hitman’ Russell and Joshua ‘HellRazor’ Frazer will both take center-stage at Friday’s championship weigh-in ahead of the Saturday’s six-fight card event at the Pickering Casino Resort in Ontario, Canada.
Russell, who is 17-1 with 15 knockouts in 18 professional outings, is slated to fight in the co-main event against Brazilian middle-weight Douglas Ataide who enters the bout with 19 victories, 4 defeats and a draw in 25 fights.
The Jamaican in 2023 returned to the ring after a five-year hiatus and is a former Wray and Nephew Contender Champion and Junior North American Boxing Federation (NABF) Middleweight Champion.
The undefeated Frazer meanwhile will seek to notch win number 12 from as many fights when he goes up against Petr Brodsky in a super welterweight division contest.
He defeated Argentina’s Marcos Jesus Cornejo in his last bout on October 24 to improve to 11-0.
The other co-main feature at the event being put on by United Boxing Promotions features Cody Kelly against Thad Buntsma in a Canadian heavyweight title fight.
