Judiciary assures it is moving swiftly to ensure traffic ticket payments are removed from system
The judiciary says, it is moving swiftly, to ensure that traffic ticket payments made at court offices across the island, are removed from the traffic management system.
In a statement on Monday, the judiciary said it notes with concern, that several people, have indicated, that despite paying the fines for their traffic tickets, the tickets are still reflecting on the traffic ticket management system, as unpaid.
Director of client services and communication in the court administration division, Kadiesh Fletcher noted, that in some instances, persons say these fines were paid in court.
She said the judiciary will work to rectify the issue.
She added that persons who no longer have their receipts, should send an email outlining their names, tax registration numbers and information about the ticket or tickets being queried.
