JTA deeply concerned about the safety of teacher who has been missing since Monday
Jamaica Teachers Association President Leighton Johnson says the association is deeply concerned about the safety of a teacher who has been missing since Monday.
29-year-old Dannielle Anglin teaches at the St. Peter Claver Primary School in St. Andrew.
The police say all efforts to locate her have been futile.
Mr. Johnson is urging anyone with information on her whereabouts to contact the police .
He also notes that the Education Ministry is providing support to Ms. Anglin’s students and colleagues, who are impacted by her disappearance.
Classes were reportedly disrupted since news of her disappearance emerged.
Dannielle Anglin is of dark complexion, slim build and about 5 feet 6 inches tall.
Reports from the Hellshire Police are that Ms. Anglin was last seen at home about 5:50 a.m. on Monday.
Her mode of dress at the time she went missing is unknown.
